Baked Tomato Feta Pasta

Comfort food at its finest. This baked tomato feta pasta will absolutely blow your blind. It’s creamy, flavourful, and one of the easiest and most satisfying meals you could make in such a short amount of time. Yes, it’s a pan full of pasta, but did you know that feta cheese is high in calcium, protein, and fatty acids? Research has also been conducted showing that it also may improve gut health.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of pasta
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 cup of feta cheese
  • 1/2  cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Boil the pasta in a large pot until almost al dente 
  3. Drain the pasta but keep in the same pot
  4. Add in 1 cup of feta cheese, cherry tomatoes,  salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
  5. Mix until even and transfer onto a baking tray (use parchment paper if needed)
  6. Sprinkle the olive oil and the rest of the feta cheese on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is golden brown
