Hiking Sound, trusted resources from Vancouver's 3-time voted best dietitian. BALANCED

Get informed, practical advice on your diet.

In today’s world of super foods and diet fads, it’s hard to tell what’s fact from fiction when it comes to your diet. Nutrition Well was founded by registered dietitian Annie Tsang to help change that, helping you make informed, attainable progress in your health and wellness goals.

Our Services

Why see a registered dietitian?

Because Dietitian is a protected title across Canada, just like physician, nurse and pharmacist.
We, dietitians, provide you with evidence-based information and life-changing guidance tailored to your needs and goals!
Dietitians also have minimum a degree in foods and nutrition from an accredited university program as well as an extensive practicum/internship that prepare us to be trustworthy health care professionals that give you more than just a list of foods or generic diet!
We are also provincially regulated in order to protect the public, YOU.
How about Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, RONP, RNCP, ROHP, RHN, CNP?
These titles are not the same as Registered Dietitian. They might not be provincially regulated health professionals. They might have completed a privately owned training program that vary in length and specialization.

About Us

The Nutrition Well was founded by Annie in 2012. She has extensive experience working with gut issues and diseases, hormonal health (PCOS, endometriosis, etc), mental health/mood disorder, eating disorder, and pre-/post-natal nutrition, to name a few. She has been invited to present nutrition presentations to various corporations, such as Translink BC, Fortis BC and Toyota.

Annie had the vision to ensure every client builds and achieves balance, attainable and personalized nutritional goals. In recent years, she has worked very hard to expand her company to invite a few experienced dietitians to join her as associates! Annie hopes that The Nutrition Well will continue to grow and offer more clients who deserve to be at a better place with their relationship with food and inner well-being!

To help you discover how to eat with awareness, manage cravings, love your body and build a peaceful relationship with food.

To ensure every client accomplishes personalized nutritional goals that are adaptable to your lifestyle and realistic to achieve!
