Kale Chips

Kale chips are a great way to incorporate more greens into your day! Filled with vitamins like K, A and C, which help support a good immune system and bone health. As well as minerals such as copper and potassium, kale is one of the most nutrient-dense greens you can eat. This recipe is easy to make and will quickly become a family favourite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups kale, removed from stems, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F 
  2. In a bowl, add kale and olive oil, and toss to combine; ensure all kale leaves are covered and coated with oil. 
  3. Spread the kale onto a baking sheet and sprinkle on the salt 
  4. Bake for around 25 minutes, or until the edges are browned
