Greek Yogurt Parfait

Parfaits make for the perfect on-the-go snack or dessert. Greek yogurt has extra protein compared to regular yogurt. Protein is essential for repairing cells in your body and especially important for growth and development for children, teens and pregnant women. The granola in this recipe not only adds crunch but also adds fiber, making it helpful for digestion. Lastly, the berries are filled with antioxidants, which may help reduce the risk of disease. There are so many reasons, as mentioned, that make this recipe “Good for You!”. We hope you give it a try!
