Chili Oil Baked Salmon
Salmon is a great source of protein and is packed with nutrients! Oily fish like salmon are rich in omega-3’s, a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid that can reduce inflammation in the body. Pair this yummy, crispy salmon on a bed of greens, or with a bowl of rice for a hearty and filling meal!
- Yield: 1 Fillet 1x
Ingredients

- 1 serving of frozen salmon, thawed and at room temperature
- 1 tsp Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp crispy chili oil
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch of dried dill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400˚ F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- Place the salmon filet skin side down on the foil
- Spread the Kewpie mayo over the top of the salmon and drizzle with the chili oil
- Squeeze a heavy splash of lemon juice over top and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and enjoy!
