Chili Oil Baked Salmon

Salmon is a great source of protein and is packed with nutrients! Oily fish like salmon are rich in omega-3’s, a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid that can reduce inflammation in the body. Pair this yummy, crispy salmon on a bed of greens, or with a bowl of rice for a hearty and filling meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of frozen salmon, thawed and at room temperature
  • 1 tsp Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp crispy chili oil
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of dried dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚ F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  2. Place the salmon filet skin side down on the foil
  3. Spread the Kewpie mayo over the top of the salmon and drizzle with the chili oil
  4. Squeeze a heavy splash of lemon juice over top and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and enjoy!
