3 Ingredient Peanut Butter + Honey Cereal Bars

Peanut butter is a well known source of plant-based protein. It is also high in potassium which plays a critical role in regulating fluids in our body. Peanut butter is considered a healthy spread but the calories can add up if you overindulge. . Other nut butter can also be used for this recipe if you prefer. For each serving (1 cereal bar), there are 62 calories, 2 g fat, 8 g carbohydrate and 1 g of protein. If you are vegan or do not like the taste of honey, yo can consider substituting it with another natural sweetener, such as maple syrup. It is important to note that the bars must be freezed for at least 1 hour to ensure that they do not fall apart. Overall, we highly  recommend this recipe as it only requires 3 ingredients and the steps to achieve the final product is very simple!
