Vegan Banana Bread

Who doesn’t love banana bread? This recipe is perfect to bring to a family gathering or just to snack on throughout the week. It can also be made gluten free by substituting the oats for gluten free oats and the wholemeal flour for gluten free flour. It’s delicious, fun to make, and you can add in any sorts of nuts or chocolate you desire. I love this banana bread as a quick breakfast since it’s not too sweet and has lots of carbohydrates to fuel me for the morning. Give it a shot and let me know what you think!
