Matcha Overnight Oats

These matcha overnight oats are a lifesaver for when you accidentally sleep in or those busy mornings. Matcha contains caffeine which will help give you an extra boost of energy. Oats are high in fibre, which help keep you fuller for longer and hold you over until lunchtime. This recipe is quick and super easy to make the night before! You can take it to go, top with granola or even use it as a topping for smoothie bowls!

  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats 
  • 1 cup soy milk (sub any plant milk)
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder 
  • 2 tsp agave syrup 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine all the ingredients and stir. 
  2. Place in the fridge overnight or for six hours. 
  3. Top with fruit or topping of your choice!
