Dark Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

This dark chocolate chia seed pudding is perfect when you’re craving something sweet for breakfast or dessert. It’s super easy to make and store in the fridge throughout the week. Chia seeds are full of antioxidants, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, which makes them a super nutritious addition to your diet! This recipe is a great way to try out chia seeds and incorporate them into your day; perfect for picky eaters and those with a sweet tooth!

  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (sub any milk)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup 
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Choice of fruits and nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine all the ingredients
  2. Mix very well until the cocoa powder is fully incorporated 
  3. Seal the jar or cover your bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight
  4. Top with fruits, nuts or your choice of toppings and serve!
