This tzatziki recipe is simple and delicious. Paired with pita bread, vegetable sticks or kebabs it makes for a great dip! Best part, it is super easy to make and takes no time at all.  It tastes light, fresh and super creamy and is perfect for a grab-and-go situation. The cucumbers in this recipe are very hydrating as the vegetable itself is made of 95% water. Water is crucial for your body as it is involved in processes such as temperature regulation and the transportation of waste products and nutrients.  As well, the yogurt cheese contains protein and is rich in calcium. The yogurt cheese can aid in muscle repairment and support bone health.  This recipe can be made in advance and can be kept in your fridge around four days.
