Halloumi has been growing in popularity this summer, with good reason! Halloumi is a cheese made from goat and sheep’s milk and is often used for grilling and frying. Having a satisfying texture and flavour, this cheese is used as a meat substitute for vegetarian dishes. It’s a great source of protein and calcium and can be easily added to dishes like salad, skewers and, of course, this wrap! Wraps are quick and easy to make for packed lunches and customizable! Try incorporating a wide range of vegetables into your wrap to get a variety of antioxidants and add some fibre!
