Emma is a Dietitian with Temporary Registration who takes a collaborative and flexible approach to suit the needs of each individual client. She is a member of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia and recently completed her Bachelor of Science majoring in Dietetics at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. She received practical training in a 36-week practicum with placements in oncology, diabetes (type 1, 2, and gestational), pediatrics, women’s health and fertility, renal, ICU/HAU, general medicine, and food services. Emma continues to expand her knowledge and uphold high standards of practice in her work as an RD(T) at BC Children’s and Women’s Hospital.

Emma’s approach to nutrition is rooted in evidence-based science, which she translates into practical and personalized recommendations for her clients. She recognizes that every individual has unique nutritional needs, and she strives to develop tailored strategies that fit each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and goals. In sessions, you can expect her full presence, compassion, and acceptance as part of a safe environment where clients can openly discuss their health goals, concerns, and challenges.

Outside of her professional life, Emma leads an active lifestyle in Squamish, BC and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, gardening, skiing, and bouldering. You may also find her competing and volunteering at powerlifting events across BC.

She is thrilled to be a new member of the Nutrition Well team and looks forward to working with clients on a variety of topics, including:
